Yes, and finer than that. Lugg bills moving labor by the minute, so a 40-minute job pays for 40 minutes of labor instead of the two-to-four-hour block most moving companies charge for. The base fare depends on the crew size you pick, and with nothing traveling between two addresses there's no mileage. Running long is fine too: the same rate simply continues.
