They made sure they contacted me by phone, needing to call me a couple of times, when no one came out to receive the shipment. I was not at the delivery site but my husband was and he did come out. My lugg movers arrived at the promised time. They were very courteous and efficient in loading the things I needed moved. My drop off location changed as there was some confusion. But my movers did not show any concern and helped me to get to the correct location. The lugg app helped as the destination changed. They helped me unload some heavy items from a truck and then they moved those items into my house. I appreciated that they wanted to scope out the route they’d take to bring everything in first (instead of just diving right in). They were thoughtful and careful and treated these household items as if they were their own. They were also conscientious and went above and beyond.
