Well, I had trouble with the app to start off with, but basically had to go in and re-order but the people were really good. They tried to help me online, but the people coming to move me were absolutely fantastic. They’re really friendly very well organiz kept in touch with me the whole time there was a problem because they didn’t have the pink slip that was probably my fault. Definitely not theirs. They got a well on time they recruit their efficient and incredibly friendly. Yes, I would definitely use the service again and not even think about it.

Huge shout-out to Lawrence and Rami they were absolutely solid. They helped me swap two stacked washer/dryer units, one upstairs and one downstairs, which is not an easy job. They were careful, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. No rushing, no damage, no complaining just straight-up professional work. They communicated well, protected the units and walls, and made what could’ve been a stressful move feel straightforward. If you’re booking through Lugg, ask for Lawrence and Rami by name. They earned it.
Very slow and did not use their own moving equipment. Asked for help from customer and took up too much time. Shouldn’t be luggers if you can’t move efficiently. The experience felt like they wanted to milk the clock and overcharge for what was delivered. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Jose and Joshua were fantastic. We were in a bind and needed to move a refrigerator with last minute notice otherwise it was going to delay the closing of our house. They showed up quickly, tools in hand and ready to go. They were quick, helpful and friendly and did exactly what we needed in record time. They really saved us in a sticky situation. I was incredible impressed and would hire them again. Thank you Jose and Joshua for saving the day!
Demetrus and Jenny were initially told they could not deliver our heavy piece of furniture to the top floor in the media room. After some back and forth with customer support, we decided to have the furniture sit in the foyer for us to figure out how to get it up on our own time. Customer support did not help in finding a solution. Demetrus and Jenny brought the furniture in and asked if we wanted to try to get it up if we worked as a team. He was genuinely concerned about damaging the furniture or other areas of the home in the process since the furniture was so heavy and long. But he and Jenny were determined as long as my wife and I were willing to help. Sure enough, with his lead and expertise, we got the furniture to where it belonged in 1 piece without any damage. It was a 200+ lb, long media console that needed to get up a long flight of stairs and make a tight corner at the top. We are very appreciative to Demetrus and Jenny for having the determination to get the job done, to help us out even when their own customer support was not willing to help. They were terrific!
