Onon and James were fantastic! They graciously moved a sofa up a flight of stairs that I didn't realize was above the weight limit. It was quite a job and they got it done quickly and professionally! Highly recommend!

Mario and Josie were great. I had a loveseat and couch with sofa bed that was picked up from one place and brought to mine. They did a great job figuring out how to actually move everything in with some narrow movements while still being safe with my walls and ceiling. They were fantastic!

These guys were great & very careful with my sofa delivery. They had a lot of trouble getting the sofa through a very tight doorway and very extremely cautious and concerned about not damaging the sofa or the walls, which I appreciated. I am super appreciative of their willingness to continue trying after I urged them to give it another shot. The minor complaint I have is Samuel seemed quite annoyed by this delivery from the moment they were loading the sofa into the elevator which made this a bit uncomfortable for me. All in all I would definitely use them again.
They were amazing and incredibly professional and problem solvers when we couldn’t fit our new sleeper sofa in the elevator. They carried it up 5 flights of stairs! Couldn’t thank them enough!

The driveway is covered with ice, and Lugg mover, Andres, carried my sofa without a misstep or a helper. I used the app to order a pickup truck with one mover, and it worked great. Lugg is similar to an Uber for Ikea furniture.

These guys picked our new sofa we purchased at Macy's and delivered it to our home. They worked so hard to get it through our front door but we only had a half inch clearance so it just wouldn't work. With much disappointment they had to leave it in our garage until we can find a way to replace our front door with a wider door or find a way to dissemble the sofa in order to move it to our living. These guys were awesome to work with us for so long. Very hard workers and we appreciate their effort. Thanks guys!

This was my first experience with Lugg and I couldn't be happier! Javier and Angelo were right on time (even a few minutes early!) and they were both so so nice! My couches had to be delivered to the 3rd floor, no elevator, and there wasn't even a hint of complaining. I appreciate their work and hope, if I ever need Lugg again, that I get them again. They were quick, and ensured my floors and building elevator didn’t get scratched. They had great communication between the two of them and they were quick thinkers/problem solvers. They couldn’t get my couch through the front door, so they took a look at the back door and moved it through there.
