They went above and beyond to move a bookcase up two flights with very low ceilings. They even went to the hardware store to purchase a tool that was needed to remove a pair of panels on order to angle the bookcase and get it up to the 2nd floor. - JoAnn

O-non. & Isaac Were Truly Perfect. I was worried 34 steps were to narrow doorway too tight But for O-non. & Isaac not an Issue for them Very friendly kind & quick. These guys were great & very careful with my sofa delivery. They had a lot of trouble getting the sofa through a very tight doorway and very extremely cautious and concerned about not damaging the sofa or the walls, which I appreciated. I am super appreciative of their willingness to continue trying after I urged them to give it another shot. The minor complaint I have is Samuel seemed quite annoyed by this delivery from the moment they were loading the sofa into the elevator which made this a bit uncomfortable for me. All in all I would definitely use them again. - Donna
Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again! - Emily
