I didn’t realize I could have scheduled the Lugger early and bought the item after I got the arrival message so that to avoid delays. I waited over 2 hours. That is the bad part. This is my 1st time getting a Lugger on demand. Ron came from Tacoma to Bothell driving long distance to pick up the items. He is very good at product safety. He also talks very professionally.

Leo and Viktoriya are extremely knowledgeable on their service and was able to deliver the furniture with no damages on any areas of the house. Highly recommend them to everyone!

I had to move several substantial items from my son’s apartment to a storage unit and they were so skilled in helping to disassemble pieces work with small entries and tetrus is all into a pretty tight space. And gave me a moving blanket to make sure my pieces weren’t scratched while stored. I can’t praise them enough. They made this stressful last minute move go super smooth.
I needed movers last minute and Lugg was super convenient, straight forward, and easy to book. My movers, Yuya and Brandon, were great. They were calm, helpful, efficient, listened to my needs, and were careful with my items. This was much better than my recent move booked through another service.
Had to make some last minute adjustments for fit of the fridge. They were great and helped through it! Wonderful guys!
