Konstantin & Spencer were super helpful in helping me and my client navigate a small box move from one apartment in Santa Monica to a storage unit, moving things around the new apartment and removing some furniture back to storage. I asked for white glove service and they delivered; they were helpful and professional. My client was thrilled! - John
Ralph really went above and beyond managing big pieces of furniture and even tucking them away in my storage for me. Super job! - Elle
Heron helped me with moving my stuff to a storage unit and he went above and beyond with being so patient and courteous with everything I had to do. I appreciate his professionalism and woukd definitely love to have him again. - Channa
They were incredibly helpful with helping me move my stuff from my storage unit to my dorm would definitely recommend!!! - Ilana
Joanys said Cesar were excellent movers. They were on time, courtesy, professional and great customer service. I wanted my items placed in my storage unit a certain way. They packed the van so that unloading made it easier to place in my unit exactly the way I wanted. I really appreciate their assistance. Will use Luggs again for my small moving needs. Another perk was that I was upgraded for free from a pick up truck to XL van without an additional charge due to availability. Thank God for favor! Way to go Luggs in providing exceptional customer service. That’s how you keep customers coming back and referring others. - Terri
Super great guys!!! They saved us from being locked in our storage facility. 10 stars to these guys!!! - Stephanie
I hired them to move some furniture from upstairs to my outside storage. They arrived within an hour of my request and quickly got to work. They had great ideas for how to maneuver my space. They moved items in minutes that would have taken me all day. They worked quickly and efficiently. Excellent job… plus they were friendly and professional. Highly Recommended!! - LaRissa
Manuel & Chris were fantastic Luggers (movers)! They were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to optimizing space with my furniture and cardboard boxes in my U-Box storage/shipping containers. I highly recommend hiring them! - Laura
Saasaan & Nash did an amazing job helping me move all my stuff into storage. Super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend. Thank you so much! - Erin
I had a fantastic experience with our delivery! Our lugger was so friendly and genuinely cared about making sure everything arrived safely. They didn't just drop the items off; they actually helped us get everything situated right into our storage space, which was a huge help. Great communication and excellent service all around! - Daniella
Oscar and George were awesome. They helped me reorganize our storage unit and even had a leaf blower they used to tidy things up for me!! - Jessica
Julio & Renato very nice and punctual 🙂 They assessed the situation at the storage facility quickly and were able to fit all of our belongings into their vehicle safely. Would love to have them again in the future🙏🏼 - Leslie
Andrew went above and beyond to help me. He even watched my things as I was taking them to my storage. Thank you so much 💓 🙏🏾 - Aisha

Glenroy & Fousseni were awesome! Very kind, genuine and prompt. Helped me moved a few things into a storage unit from my apt ! Would call them again! - Caitlin
These guys did and excellent job. So fast and easy to work with. They even rearranged part of my storage unit to accommodate stuff and finished in about one hour. Grateful! - Sarah

Lauren & Viktor were awesome!!! They really went above and beyond and saved the day at my storage unit. They were very friendly & reliable and made moving a breeze! Would definitely recommend! - Lauren
Duvan & Joshua were awesome! They’re both tall and strong, which is exactly what you want with a mover. They came prepared with straps and dollies. I really appreciated that because even though I had a truck and was helping transport things, I totally forgot those items. They were extremely helpful and patient. I definitely had a few more items than I anticipated or was able to give them an inventory of. They clearly know their stuff and do these moves often because they were able to give advice on how to transport the items and when I couldn’t find my storage unit, they were able to easily navigate the facility. I would absolutely move with them again. Thank you so much guys! - Alanna
From start to finish, my movers were incredibly patient and friendly as we moved and organized all of my old boxes into a new storage unit. They took direction well, never rushed me, and made a job I’d been putting off for ages feel manageable and stress‑free. I really appreciated their positive attitude and how careful they were with my things. I would definitely use Lugg again and highly recommend them to anyone needing help with moving or storage runs. - Brooke
Miguel went above & beyond in helping me move storage unit quickly onto the U-Haul!!🤩 Five Stars, AA for effort and so kind 🥰 - Kim-Shree
Francesco and Jose did a fantastic job bringing a Craigslist large media storage cabinet to us. They were prompt, and accommodating when I asked for photos of the item before I made the electronic payment to the seller. The item was packaged well and they brought it in quickly to our house. The lugg text updates were very helpful for coordinating with the Craigslist seller. Super happy with the experience. - Ann
They were friendly and efficient. Miraculously got all my stuff to fit perfectly in the storage unit! - Wendy
Helped me out in finding a new location last minute when my planned storage space closed before we arrived (my fault for not checking their hours beforehand), drove me to the new space and super nice and supportive and helpful. Greatly appreciated! - James
