The team was very nice and quick to do my in-house move. I wish the app provided them more information about the job. I was looking for labor only, within my house. It was a 5 to 10 minute job and they drove over 40 minutes to get here. Potential for improvement in the app. - Karen
They were so quick to help me move and went above & beyond with a very heavy piece of furniture. I appreciate them helping me out! - Cameron
They were quick to get here, the furniture was heavy and they moved it to where we wanted it. Would use again and would recommend for any moving. Thank you guys! - Scott
Thomas & Scott were friendly and got the heavy lifting done quickly. I would definitely hire them again. - Jenn
Thank you so much to you both! Sorry that the console was so heavy, but you were great and really saved me!! I really appreciate it! - Jaycie
They were 2 super strong guys who came on time with all the necessary equipment for a heavy large washtower (washer and dryer) and moved it carefully. They were great! - Aimee
John and Marcelo were super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond with an incredibly heavy product and delivered it safely. Great service, would highly recommend! - Klint
Really appreciated Jose and Francesco doing the heavy lifting for me today, they even adjusted the placement of the heavy dresser once planted as the fabric underneath wasn’t centered. Great guys! Phone calls and texts weren’t going through and they still figured out a way to find my house. TY! - Stephanie
These gentlemen are skilled and efficient movers of large and heavy furniture. I highly recommend them! - Julie
These two guys went above and beyond! They delivered an incredibly heavy piece of furniture into our basement, which was no easy task. They were professional, careful, and had such great attitudes throughout the entire process. I really appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile. Truly exceptional service! - Erica
Wonderful job, took a large, antique, heavy dresser and nightstand set up apartment stairs and through a narrow entry with ease, care and efficiency! Would use them both again! - Claire
Diego and Carlos were extremely efficient and communicative and handled the dresser (an extremely heavy one) they picked up for me with a lot of care. Highly recommend them! Thank you guys again! - James
Fast.. Moved an impossibly heavy antique dresser up 3 steps.. and to another room. Can't thank you guys enough. - James
Amazing people! Super nice and truly cared to get the job done well. Calvin and Carl are very knowledgeable movers who used every moment wisely. They are not the type of movers that waste time in an attempt to get paid for additional time. They showed up on time and had smiles on their faces even during a very difficult move of a very large and very heavy and very fragile mirror. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again myself. - Alexandra
Skylar and Austin were great! I will have Lugg back to help with big heavy items that I need moved. Highly recommend!!💪 - Lisa
They did awesome!! The piece of furniture was so heavy and they moved it with ease. They also assisted in spreading a rug. Great team! Thank you. - Elizabeth
Five stars isn't enough! Huge shoutout to the two delivery guys who hauled a heavy sofa up to my 5th-floor apartment. They were fast, extremely careful with my walls and furniture, and maintained a great attitude the whole time. Absolute rockstars—thank you! - Niki
Brandon and Timothy were both extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Instead of potentially hurting myself, friends, and family, moving it ourselves, they came and got a very heavy ping pong table down stairs and around a corner like the pros they are. Would definitely hire their help again. - Grant
Adrien and Larson helped me move some heavy items and did a great job. They were on time, professional, and careful with everything. They worked efficiently, handled the lifting with ease, and were friendly throughout. I'd gladly book them again through Lugg. Highly recommend! - Jac-Martin
Both of them were amazingly quick, efficient and took care of the property as well as the furniture. The entire process was smooth and done very quickly. From the time of booking the lugg to completion it was <2hrs despite how heavy the furniture was. Highly recommend them. - Ajit
Jose & Michael were both fantastic. Helped me move my very heavy refrigerator. I hope to use them again! Thank you. - Lawton
These two guys were amazing!!! The piece they had to move was so heavy and they did the job with humor and grace and muscle!! I got really lucky with these guys. The BEST - Meegs
Super friendly with great communication. They worked super hard to get my heavy sleeper sofa in the house! Highly recommend! - Carrie
David + Ken were awesome. They moved a massive and heavy bureau for me from a 3rd floor walk-up with narrow hallways. It was a beast of a moving job and they were kind, efficient and went above + beyond - even helping me put the finicky drawers back in place in its new home. Very impressed! - Natalie

Sometimes the job needs people, not a truck. You need help loading a moving truck you rented or the PODS in the driveway, a sleeper sofa has to get up three flights of stairs, you're rearranging furniture before a showing, the tables and chairs need setting up for an event, or everything has to clear a room for new floors and come back once they've cured. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that offers Movers only, labor-only moving help you can book the same day for any job that stays at one address. Some people call them load-only movers.
The Movers only button sits right under your address. Tap it, choose how many movers the job needs, and pick a time, and the price shows before anything is booked. It works the same way in the Lugg app and on the web, and it's the quickest way to hire moving help without arranging a truck.
Yes, and finer than that. Lugg bills moving labor by the minute, so a 40-minute job pays for 40 minutes of labor instead of the two-to-four-hour block most moving companies charge for. The base fare depends on the crew size you pick, and with nothing traveling between two addresses there's no mileage. Running long is fine too: the same rate simply continues.
Movers fill or empty a rental truck, a PODS or a storage unit, carry a single heavy item to another room or floor, like a treadmill down to the basement or a mattress up a staircase, and take on any job where you need help moving furniture without going anywhere. They show up with a dolly, blankets, straps and stretch wrap, and they can take a bed frame apart and put it back together in the room it's going in. For a PODS or a U-Box, the container pages cover what to have ready.
Two buildings in one complex count too, as long as everything can be carried across on foot. If anything has to ride in a vehicle to get where it's going, book a standard Lugg instead and your movers bring the vehicle.
