These guys went above and beyond get a big, super heavy table into a U-Haul for me. At first we weren’t sure it could be done but they got creative and got the task done. Super friendly, professional, and would for sure hire them again.
This was the easiest move we’ve ever had thanks to Ammar and Cleevens! They were right on time, incredibly efficient, helped us break down a few furniture items, moved our furniture to their van, drove to UHaul, and loaded our UHaul Ubox in record time. They were so nice, funny, and trustworthy with all of our personal belongings. Everything was handled with care and nothing broke. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Ammar and Cleevens for your spectacular service!!!

Rafael and Eder were fantastic. They communicated their arrival, they figured out how to best unpack our storage unit and then load everything into the van so that it fit and was secure. They unloaded expertly. They were friendly and terrific throughout. They were both great!
Even though they couldn’t get my couch to where it needed to be because of my walls not allowing enough space to get in the area I wanted to.. But they tried their best! But it just didn’t work! Not their fault!
Agustin and Hussain were professional, careful, and thoughtful throughout the pickup and delivery. My furniture was delivered carefully wrapped and carried into the room and space I requested. Both men were friendly and did their best to place the furniture exactly without damage to the furniture, the floors or surroundings. Would highly recommend this team from Lugg!
You guys are great! The whole process moving a stair master machine from one house to another was simple and efficiently done. The guys had it placed in the house in minutes and made sure it was set up properly. Best moving service ever!

My Luggers were outstanding! So professional & even had a 2-wheeler to move a very heavy stone tabletop out of my car & up to my condo. Whole operation took about twenty minutes - so easy! I will definitely use Lugg again & would love it if I could request this same team. Lugg is the BEST.

In an unfortunate situation where my couch didn’t fit into my apartment, Deyson and Edward did their best to measure every doorway available. They were friendly, kind and extremely patient and considerate ! They stayed with me while I made alternative plans and tried their best to care for my couch so that I could make my return.
These two are the absolute best. So kind, friendly, talented and FAST. Really pleased with my experience and would 100000% love to have them move my things again! Cannot recommend enough. You will be in the very best of hands!

Erick picked up a tablet and stylus at a Best Buy in Boston for me as we live in South Carolina to deliver to our nephew who was in the hospital. Despite having texts from me and photos of the email confirmations from Best Buy, they would not release one of the items to him. He was very persistent with them as I had texted him about our nephew and he called me to speak with Best Buy employees. Luckily they gave the items to him. He offered to even take the items to our nephew directly if he was allowed to his room. It was very kind of him. I wasn’t sure if our nephew was being discharged, so needed someone to deliver to the hospital instead of relying on Best Buy delivery. Very grateful!
