Where do I start? Rocky and Gloria filled in for a trip that had been cancelled by another crew. They made our day. Friendly, super careful with our things. Getting 3 antique dressers up a narrow staircase wasn't an easy task! And: both would make any bodybuilder pale in comparison! Gloria takes the title for strongest woman ever! We had at least 15 pieces of heavy suitcases/boxes/bags and 2 small furniture, and completed the entire move-out and move-in process within 40 minutes! Also, Ryan is such a nice person!! Always thinking about how to get the work done in the shortest amount of time possible and being really strategic (haha) about taking what pieces first and etc… also so patient and understanding and easy-going.
