This was the most insanely convenient experience ever… Bought a couch from FB marketplace… Rafael was at the seller’s house within eight minutes of using the app… he was super professional, kind, upbeat about moving this couch through a couple tricky doorways… Great attitude, super nice guy… Incredible experience! They moved our fully loaded U-Haul up a flight of stairs in an hour, all while being expert movers who handled our belongings with care. They worked as a seamless team, asking where items go, ensuring everything was placed perfectly. On top of that, their friendly and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. this move and the packing into two U-Haul boxes was the best job I have ever experienced by these two luggers. They packed a two bedroom home into 2 very tight U-Haul boxes. They were extremely efficient very, careful, using blankets, extremely helpful and used every square inch of each box. It was like magic. Really strong, really careful, really diligent, really nice people. Packed a 15-foot U-Haul truck completely full, snug and tight. Furniture and something like 150 boxes. We've made the move now and so far not one thing broken during our unpacking. These guys are the best!

I should have used the lug earlier but instead I was using the old system of renting truck from U-Haul. The lug is better than U-Haul or any type of this similar business because you know upfront how much it is going to cost you. I used lug twice and I was pleased and I would use again and I will recommend it definitely

These two loaded my U-Haul pod into their van in under 10 minutes! The whole job did not take more than an hour. They were also promptly on time. Highly recommend Lugg for ease and connivence, much more reliable than U-haul! I will be using them again.
