These to gentlemen were incredible. They were very patient with the dorm move in process. This was my first experience with Lugg and I look forward to using them again!!!
They use a new, nice looking very large, oversized van that held a lot & had my belongings protected. They were quick & both physically fit, able to carry a lot each trip to the truck. They wrapped the items I asked them to wrap were careful (used dollys) not to bump my things into walls or drop things. Women: I felt safe around them, they were professional, cleanly dressed & did not have that ick factor. They were moving my daughter out of her dorm, a suite with 8 young lady’s
I cannot tell you how much we appreciate this company. Yacine and Kenneth were AMAZING. We weren't even there. Because of Covid 19 we are in LA and they moved my son's dorm room to storage. We were so stressed about it and they made it so easy and effortless. THANK YOU A GAZILLION TIMES. Stay healthy.

Great movers. Efficient, thoughtful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took a minute to plan the path into the apartment before bringing anything in, which made everything feel really smooth. One small note is the bungee cord used to secure the bed mechanism left a dirt mark on the white couch. I was able to get it out with soap and water, but something a bit cleaner or padded might help for lighter fabrics. Overall really good experience and I’d definitely use them again.

This team was extremely professional & focused. Homer & Kevin had to carry all my furniture up 4 flights of stairs because the building’s elevator is broken. The offload job was difficult and this team did it very quickly! Again many thanks to Homer & Kevin for taking such good care of my belongings & for their great attitude. I tipped $50 cash (to be split) at the end of the job & left $130.00 tip to be split between the 2 movers on the Lugg website. An excellent job!! Highly recommend Kevin & Homer !! Thank you again Lugg for a fantastic experience!
My place has a flight of 30 stairs and no elevator. Many a movers has struggled to get heavy stuff up these stairs like a piano. But the two made it look easy!!! They had great teamwork and communication.
William and Henry were fantastic and experienced professional movers. They handled my belongings with care, asked me when I wanted to have my furniture wrapped in plastic or blankets, and worked for 5 hours without one complaint. It was a hot day too!! I ordered the LUGG Box (16ft truck) and that did the trick for my 675 sq ft apartment. I had a lot of stuff and they managed to move me into my new spot with zero challenges. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. Couldn’t have done this move without them. Thank you William and Henry. 11/10!!

When booking, LUGG did not indicate that I would need more than 2 movers for the job I had. Then, when the movers showed up, there was no way for me to just ask for another 2 people. The lovers were absolutely amazing and adapted beautifully, but LUGG needs to do better with their user interface.
Tyrell and Stetsen were really great. Super friendly and thoughtful movers. They had my furniture secured and blanketed. Great truck. Everything was seamless!
