Yes, and finer than that. Lugg bills moving labor by the minute with no hourly minimum, so a 40-minute job costs 40 minutes rather than the two-to-four-hour minimum most moving companies quote. The clock starts when the crew arrives and stops when you say you're done, and if the job runs longer than you planned they can keep working at the same rate. Because nothing travels between two addresses, there's no mileage to pay — just the vehicle's base fare and the per-minute labor rate.
