I tipped both Luggers, Jose Lee and Alexander, in person. Once they arrived at this destination, they were very efficient and fast. If I use Lugg again, I will know the start time begins sometime within the timeframe provided. The text message I received inferred the delivery would happen between 1-2 PM. I assumed it would start on time and complete by 2 PM. In reality it didn’t start until AFTER 2 PM, and finished after 3:30 PM. (I also thought securing a truck and drivers would’ve been handled the day before, enabling the move to be handled efficiently.) Also, the interface to leave comments can be more user friendly. I was a little concerned when the seller of the bed frame I purchased sent photos of it being loaded in the truck and informed me the mover had not wrapped anything and had placed the wood pieces on the concrete. Here's how to choose the right fit. When in doubt, size up.
Lugg movers bring dollies, furniture blankets, stretch wrap, lifting straps and tie-down straps. They carry everything out, up or down the stairs, wrap and strap it in the truck, and set it down in the rooms you choose at the other end.
A larger home sometimes takes two Luggs, and that's normal. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
