From the moment they entered my home they were pleasant and very strategic on how they were going to handle the moving of the marble top table that weighed over 250 lbs. I was very impressed with how efficient and methodical they were with protecting and moving the table and chairs. I hope you treat your employees well because what they do is hard work and should be treated and compensated appropriately. Thank Daniel and Jason.
The guys did an excellent job with a challenging piece to move! They were punctual and worked as a team. They would benefit from some moving dolly’s and a ramp to make the move easier.

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

Easy to setup, efficient, friendly and careful with furniture we were moving. Would use them again in the future.
Both of them were absolute professionals. They were thoughtful and offered to remove the hinges to my door in order to fit the furniture. Fortunately, they did not have to do that and was able to figure out a way to get the chair in without removing the door. They were on time, quick, communicated well throughout the process, and they were appreciated.
They both were very friendly and careful on moving my item. I liked that I was updated on every aspect of the move.

Seems kind of high for pickup labor -- one hour for a table and 10 chairs? -- though I know they wrapped them. But maybe that's a lot of time. However, I heard they were very thorough and careful. The price here is a bit more than I expected, plus we tipped, but I guess it was worth it because you had the COI. Thanks to both of the movers.
My lugg movers arrived at the promised time. They were very courteous and efficient in loading the things I needed moved. My drop off location changed as there was some confusion. But my movers did not show any concern and helped me to get to the correct location. The lugg app helped as the destination changed. The whole place process including the drop off went smoothly even though I had to change the location of the drop off. I am very happy that I chose the lugg movers for my move.
