Regerio and Carlos were AMAZING!! They went above and beyond packing/filling up a shipping pod for me. They fit everything and even my mattress and bike which I didn’t think would fit. I would highly recommend them. I wish they could help unload when my pod gets delivered to DC!

Unpacking a POD can be a daunting task, but Xavier and Joshua approached it with an efficiency that was nothing short of impressive. Atanas and Bernard did a fantastic job of packing up my apartment and putting everything into my Pods Storage container. It was a traumatic and highly emotional move for me. Both of the gentlemen were there to help me with the physical objects as well as going above and beyond to help me with my emotional well being. They took their time with me and were super patient and understanding. I could not have survived this move without them allowing me be very particular about my items and what items went in each box, etc. I was overwhelmed with this move and they gave me hope that everything was going to be okay. All is well. :)
had a very stress-free pod-loading experience with Kris. neither of us were experienced with pods so the process took longer than expected, but Kris was very helpful throughout.

These two were an excellent Father son combo. Very professional but also friendly. They were the OPPOSITE of lazy, slow, and nonchanlant about the job. They both worked together with great chemistry and moved my goods with urgency. I am very happy with these two movers and the Lugg app. I will highly recommend these two to any future Lugg users and would happily hire these two again. They were tasked to fill up my moving pod from my upstairs apartment to the street storage container. They filled the holes and cracks very well, stuffed the pod up with as much of my personal belongings and did a great job maneuvering the furniture around. I have nothing but great things to say about their ability to move my goods with swift effort and safety along with great packing in the tight area. Thank you Wallace, Ace, and the Lugg group. = )

Both LUGG guys were great! 😊😊 My review has nothing to do with their efficiency, friendliness, or professionalism. I had a unique situation. I didnt need anything moved to a separate location, I simply needed a large bed frame moved from a storage pod on the property into my house. It was a failure. The bed was too big to fit through my doorways. I tipped the guys nicely, cash, and was hoping for some kind of discount, but I was charged the full price. I’ve used LUGG several times, but may go elsewhere in the future.

Rogerio and Rony were genuinely the best movers I have ever employed. They were efficient, hard working, friendly, helpful, and extremely effective. They were happy to help us with a second trip back to our house to load more into the van to bring back to our storage unit. I only wish that Lugg had the option for customers to chose their Luggers. I am moving more items tomorrow to a different location and I wanted to book them again. Please consider implementing a feature where happy customers can request their favorite Luggers again in the future. I would book Rogerio and Rony again every time. 100/10 service
I appreciated that they tried to respect what I had requested; like trying to keep certain boxes together & also like respecting not to walk on my tarps that I had laid out. However, I do wish that they would've folded up the tarp that was left in my transferred smaller storage space, or at least tell me that the tarp was still there, & so then decide what should be done with this "left behind tarp" Otherwise, I'm please with these two Luggers. 🙂 Thank you
They were incredibly good sports when the elevator at my storage locker was broken and they had to carry a sectional sofa up the steps. Can’t think of a better test than that.
Farhad and Brandon moved a beast of a refrigerator out of my son’s home and into a storage unit. It was a challenge but together, along with my son, they got the fridge out with great care. I appreciate you guys, Thank you!

Incredible team. Kind, friendly and fast, and went way above and beyond for us. I was moving out of storage with my kids to an apartment and they noticed one of my tires was very low and took me to a gas station to fill it for me, before we got back on the highway. Totally unnecessary and unbelievably kind. They were like angels, I’m very grateful!!

In addition to demonstrating a high level of expertise in organizing my downsizing move to a smaller storage unit, the gentlemen were courteous and thoughtful in the service they provided. Overall I had a good experience. It was great having one very experienced mover on the team to lead the process. They were both very helpful and friendly, even when we faced an unexpected challenge with the bulkiest item at the drop off. The storage staff didn’t inform us of the door width and it was smaller than the equipment. We were able to find a solution. Unfortunately the one issue we had that led to a major delay at the pickup location was because the movers visually miscalculated the height of a freezer, thinking it would not fit the truck. I was not present and was informed it was not going to fit. After I spent 20 minutes troubleshooting alternatives with the warehouse, the movers tried loading the freezer and there was no problem fitting it in the truck! They could have avoided this setback with a measuring tape.
