They were great! Efficient and very patient dealing with a tired mother after cleaning out daughters dorm room and needing to get items to storage quickly to be able to make their flight.
These guys were the best movers I’ve ever used. Total pros! Took care of my delivery like it was their own. 10/10 experience.

We were told our movers would have a dolly and whatever tools we need, and when they arrived this turned out not to be the case. We made it work, I’m just not sure where this miscommunication came from.
These guys were absolutely fantastic!! I wish Lugg had read my note about the table being extremely heavy (300#!) as this posed a bit of a problem for them but they went above and beyond for me and got it done anyways. They brought their own tools, and strapped it down before they left so I know they took care of it. I wish I could pick specific movers, I would go for Charles and Kyree every time!

These men were great. They saw that the slab on the buffet they were moving for us would most likely come off and they had the foresight to tape it down and that was amazing. Thank you both for making our move as stress free and efficient as possible. The app was super easy to use and gave updated step by step instructions on what was going on and made things so easy to coordinate. We would definitely recommend this app and these movers again.
The guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond helping us remove flooring under some very heavy piece of furniture and hauling it away for us. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I will recommend lug and these particular movers to everybody.

We had movers booked through U-Haul and they never showed up. Robert and Maher showed up within an hour and knocked this out. They were friendly and efficient
Our movers went beyond expectations. They very nice and we’re careful with the furniture. The only casualty was a stand up lamp. Wanted to say thanks much to them

My only concern is a plug on the couch from the power cord looks to be damaged. I don’t know if that was from the movers or the Retail location. But everything else was great.
