When booking, LUGG did not indicate that I would need more than 2 movers for the job I had. Then, when the movers showed up, there was no way for me to just ask for another 2 people. The lovers were absolutely amazing and adapted beautifully, but LUGG needs to do better with their user interface. - Whit

They moved A LOT of furniture in difficult spaces and did it very well. Willing to get a bed up a ladder into the attic and even helped to repair a bed frame that had an issue from a previous fix.
