Where do I start? Rocky and Gloria filled in for a trip that had been cancelled by another crew. They made our day. Friendly, super careful with our things. Getting 3 antique dressers up a narrow staircase wasn't an easy task! And: both would make any bodybuilder pale in comparison! Gloria takes the title for strongest woman ever! Best. Experience. Ever. Ryan is hands down the best helper mover I’ve ever interacted with. Super efficient!! We had at least 15 pieces of heavy suitcases/boxes/bags and 2 small furniture, and completed the entire move-out and move-in process within 40 minutes! Also, Ryan is such a nice person!! Always thinking about how to get the work done in the shortest amount of time possible and being really strategic (haha) about taking what pieces first and etc… also so patient and understanding and easy-going. Best experience ever! This is my first time and definitely not the last time using Lugg! And best of luck to Ryan! Thanks again!!

Ryan is amazing. He performed a difficult move on a moment's notice. He's efficient, but very careful. I work as a designer, so moving heavy and expensive things is a big part of my job. I've worked with dozens of helpers and Ryan is one of the best I encountered.

I left them cash tip. Good job. They were very friendly. My only advice is to consider covering furniture with blankets when they move as an extra layer of protection. I have also seen other movers use shoulder straps to help make the move easier.

Great experience! The movers showed up on time and texted me when they were 10 minutes away. They loaded everything quickly and efficiently. My apartment is on the 3rd floor with no service elevator. They did an amazing job getting everything up the stairs. I will definitely use Lugg in the future.
