I last minute decided to move my sofa out of my storage and I found Lugg by chance. I had a couch that wouldn’t fit into my apt no matter what and they gave it multiple tries and made sure it did! It was quick, smooth, efficient and the guys were super respectful! In and out quick!
5 Stars – Outstanding Experience with Brian and Calvin! Brian and Calvin were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, efficient, respectful, and extremely helpful from start to finish. I had a few extra bins I needed to toss into the truck last minute, and they were more than accommodating—no hesitation at all. They also handled moving my two smokers like pros—quick, easy, and with great care. If you’re going through the moving process, I highly recommend requesting Brian and Calvin. They made a stressful day feel smooth and easy. Thanks again, guys!

I scheduled this move last minute because everyone else turned me down. They were on time and extremely happy when they arrived saying, “this is seriously the biggest Lugg we’ve had yet.” Amazing job!

We were told our movers would have a dolly and whatever tools we need, and when they arrived this turned out not to be the case. We made it work, I’m just not sure where this miscommunication came from.
These guys were absolutely fantastic!! I wish Lugg had read my note about the table being extremely heavy (300#!) as this posed a bit of a problem for them but they went above and beyond for me and got it done anyways. They brought their own tools, and strapped it down before they left so I know they took care of it. I wish I could pick specific movers, I would go for Charles and Kyree every time!

These men were great. They saw that the slab on the buffet they were moving for us would most likely come off and they had the foresight to tape it down and that was amazing. Thank you both for making our move as stress free and efficient as possible. The app was super easy to use and gave updated step by step instructions on what was going on and made things so easy to coordinate. We would definitely recommend this app and these movers again.
The guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond helping us remove flooring under some very heavy piece of furniture and hauling it away for us. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I will recommend lug and these particular movers to everybody.
