these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs. - Patricia

They were both very nice & professional, but very late in getting to the pickup and made some errors in judgement which resulted in our front door having a gouge. But they did treat the pieces they were moving very well. I blame Lugg for the lateness since Lugg booked them knowing that their job before us was over an hour away with always bad traffic.
