He was super cool and prepared with blankets and ratchet straps so he could easily handle bikes coming back from the Burn. He was timely and jumped right into it and needed little direction. Definitely use this guy for your unload from the Burn or for any challenging adventures !

Hugo and Leasia were great! Hugo took extra care with the Peloton bike, detaching the screen so it would fit in the van and wrapping it so it wouldn’t get damaged. Really appreciate their help moving my items today. Thanks!

My ebike got a flat. The Lugg arrived extremely quickly and my bike was very carefully loaded into the pickup. I walked but it was only 4 blocks to home.
