Nice guys. Got the job done and navigated the chaos of a disorganized estate sale well. Tipped on cash on site. 😁
First time I have used these guys, very impressed. My driver/helper was on site in about 25 minutes but my phone died so of course panic mode. There were other Lugg drivers there (estate sale) and they assured me it would be fine, it was. I asked a guy in a truck that arrived at the estimated time and it was him. He helped me get the large (8ft x 4ft) painting out of the house and in to his truck. He was very respectful of piece and we took our time. He already had the address so I got in my car and told him I’d meet him there. Got home and he was there about 3 minutes later. Then he helped me get it into my house, aaah. He was sympathetic to my lithograph at all times and a cheerful personable guy.
First time using this app and the guys were great, efficient and did a beautiful job taking apart and putting back together a vintage Danish glass display case. This was so handy and I’m grateful I got the recommendation from the folks running the estate sale where I got my furniture.
Dexter and Erick were great! Without them, I couldn't have bought the bed I wanted at the estate sale this morning. They were kind enough to disassemble the bed frame for me when the estate sale owner actually didn't have the screwdrivers she promised me. Many thanks!
Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.

Caleb and Chris are smart and super positive and I think the best movers I’ve ever hired. They brought a sofa up a tricky staircase on the first attempt after the original contracted (through west elm) delivery folks couldn’t do it in 3 attempts.
Alberto and Francesco did an amazing job! They helped me move a dining table and six chairs from Costco to my home. The delivery involved carrying everything up the stairs, and they handled it with care — no scratches or damage at all. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend these guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When we asked them to try to fit a few more things into their truck, they were very obliging and resourceful in making that happen. They were also really flexible and patient when I added an extra stop, and they went above and beyond by helping organize and place all the materials at delivery (which wasn’t easy work). I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness.
