Armando was so nice. What a great guy! Very helpful and strong. He accidentally forgot a bag of the hardware and drove all the way back. I felt so bad there was a lot of traffic and he had other orders. He could have lied and said oh I didn’t get any hardware! Super honest.

I had a great experience! I purchased a huge media system from Restoration Hardware and tried Lugg! The price to move was the best and no problem to book a pick up time for the next day! Andrew and Jorge let me know they were in route to the store and gave me and eta on when to expect them at my home. Luis and Martin were very professional. They arrived at the pick up location within 20min and delivered it to our home quickly thereafter. They coordinated with Renovation Hardware staff without us needing to be there, which was a major convenience. Our dining room table arrived unscathed and in the same condition that we left it at the store. Great job on delivery guys! They were super friendly with my dog and that was the icing on the cake. This was our first time using Lugg and we plan on being repeat customers.

Smooth and efficient delivery overall, and he was helpful, but there was some lint transfer from the moving blankets onto a light-colored sofa, and time spent cleaning parts of it during unloading.
