I had an urgent move-in, but my moving company couldn’t come for a few days. Thinking it was no big deal, I decided to move my mattress myself since it was a short distance, and I had bought vacuum bags to roll it up. Turns out, I was way too confident—things didn’t go as planned, and I ended up stuck in the hallway with my mattress, completely clueless about what to do. That’s when someone recommended Lugg to me. I tried it for the first time, and YuYa and Brandon showed up like lifesavers! Their truck was big enough to not only move my mattress but also some boxes of clothes and furniture I needed. They were super friendly, professional, and worked quickly. After comparing my experience with the moving company, I have to say I prefer Lugg’s service. And Lugg is super flexible, which is perfect for ppl with last min change or unexpected needs. It was such a great experience—highly recommend!

Polite & answered my questions about other services LUGG provides. I would like to work this team again to move some furniture around in my house. They bring various tools like trucks and trolley to facilitate this moving. When they saw I use a mattress bag to protect my mattress, they think this will be more efficient and safe than simple wrap up. Thus they decide to buy mattress bags after this moving so that they can better serve their customers next time. You will find they are always stepping the shoes of their customers to buy appropriate tools and provide efficient and smooth moving service!
