This team was prompt and friendly! When the couch I needed moved was too wide for the doorframe, they patiently removed and replaced the legs for me.
Freddy and José went above and beyond to get my furniture moved in. It was super heavy but they got back up and was able to get it in my place for me. I would highly suggest them if you need help moving

These guys were so amazing. They made sure to inspect the item I bought prior to picking it up. They then called me and told me the item I purchased at home goods had a crack in it and asked if I was aware and if I still wanted it. I told them , no and was able to get a refund from the store. They then delivered the rest f my items and placed them in my home and made sure I liked them before they left. They truly went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. They were so kind and professional and delivered my items on time. Thanks so much, this was my first time using Lugg. I’ll be using Lugg again and hope to get this team again when I do.
I was a little disappointed that a tarp wasn’t placed over my item, but the guys were quick, kept me apprised of arrival timing and were extremely courteous.
They were very professional. Checked to see where the piece was to be placed and was very professional about it. The one thing they did was said “thank you” which most people don’t say anymore. Will use service again and also refer the service to my family and friends.
