I can’t recommend Kevroy and Daquan enough. They were on time, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout my move. They handled a very heavy adjustable bed frame, a large bookcase, a full-size mattress, a 60-inch TV console, and a four-drawer dresser with real care and skill, and they navigated two walk-up apartments with no elevators and narrow hallways like pros. They stayed upbeat and friendly even with the difficulty of the job, and they made a stressful move feel much more manageable. I’m really appreciative of their help and would absolutely hire them again!!

Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.

Paulo was GREAT! Super friendly, punctual and very professional. He was very thankful that we brought all the times to the front of the door which helped loading them into the van quicker. Moving is always so hard to do. Parker and Shane made the experience much easier. They came very prepared. They were also very good at problem solving, coming up with solutions for unique item situations. I appreciated how clean the box truck was, and Parker was a master truck packer. Would hire them again for sure!
