The team was very nice and quick to do my in-house move. I wish the app provided them more information about the job. I was looking for labor only, within my house. It was a 5 to 10 minute job and they drove over 40 minutes to get here. Potential for improvement in the app. - Karen
Angel and Mauro worked as a great team to get deliver a very heavy armoire and get it up my stairs! They made sure everything was seemless from great communication about the plan to making sure the item was in just the right spot. Rockstar work. Can’t recommend them enough! - Kate
Joshua and William were fantastic in helping us haul our heavy washer to our upstairs laundry room. We appreciated the convenience and the extra hands! Thanks, y’all! - Robin
John and Marcus were absolutely wonderful! We needed last-minute help moving several heavy pieces of furniture, including a couch up the stairs, and they got everything done in an amazing amount of time. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. What had turned into a stressful situation for us was handled so quickly and easily once they arrived. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would absolutely use John and Marcus again and highly recommend them. Thank you both so much! - Leslie
Jamal & Marco were great! Friendly, efficient, and they worked cooperatively as a team. What a relief to have had them help me move a heavy sofa and desk from my cottage. Thank you! - Jessica
Arrived on time and professional, friendly, and strong! Protected the washer/dryer combo from injury, it’s extremely heavy but they never tilted it, even up 3 steps at my home. They made sure they could park where they did and worked well together! Trustworthy, too! - bernadette
Jimmy & Denis were so positive while moving our heavy marble table. They wrapped the top like a professional moving company and handled it with such care. They did a great job and would trust them moving any quality pieces. - Steph
Marco Antonio and Walter are the most professional movers I have ever worked with in over 35 years moving furniture in the same home. I used Lugg for the first time to move some very heavy furniture downstairs. Marco and Walter arrived on time , gave me advance notice on the way and were friendly on arrival despite the early morning hour. They completed the move in record time. My townhouse has a tight clearance in the stairway but Marco and Walter were prepared. They inspected the site and the furniture, worked out a strategy, protected my floors and walls, took great caution and worked perfectly in tandem. Lugg has surpassed my expectations! Would give more than 5 stars if possible. - Karen
Joshua and John were calm and unphased by a tricky narrow staircase with a heavy large dresser. very professional and easy to work with! thanks! - Hope
These thoughtful and helpful men were wonderful! I appreciate how hard they worked yo safely deliver my heavy peloton bike up steps and for asking me if I was sure it was where I wanted it. Thank you! - Debra
Jahlil and Geomar were amazing. They were able to move so many heavy boxes quickly and easily. They were cooperative, quick, and came perfectly on tome. I would hire them again. They were respectful of my home and made sure that the boxes were packed safely into their van. They made sure the packages got safely to their destination and loaded and unloaded them with care. I literally sat back and let them do all the work, they were phenomenal! - Jawad
Amazing crew. Fast and reliable and secure! Definitely book them. Wrapped a very heavy 8 foot mirror top transport with care. - Joe
Rogerio & Rony were communicative, friendly, punctual and went above and beyond moving a difficult and heavy item. Truly excellent work! - Adam
They not only moved my console, they moved my heavy bbq to the other side of the property. They were friendly, accommodating and took care moving my items. Great experience. - Angela
Both Charles and Austin were amazing! I purchased an item off of Facebook marketplace, and the seller raved about the care and attention they put into packing a very large and heavy piece of furniture. Then when I received it, they gave everything the same TLC. They are friendly, personable young men and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future! - Kimberly
Excellent communication, on time and most importantly delivered my heavy fragile item with NO problems. Couldn’t be happier! - Maryann
On time, extremely kind and caring and very fast. They were gentle with our items and extremely efficient. Really good people it was great for having them help us move heavy items. Thanks a lot - Raghu
Hector was great! He was respectful, kind, quick, knew exactly what we needed to transport our heavy item and his service was exactly what we needed. This is the first time we’ve used any type of services and because of such a great experience we will be returning customers in the future. As soon as I sent in a request for help online, Hector was assigned to me right away and was able to have a confirmed pick up/drop off set within minutes. If I could give 10 starts for Hector I would! Solid guy! - Alisha
Demarion and Ancil were truly my heroes today! After multiple failed delivery attempts with Taskrabbit, they were my last hope. They managed to maneuver an extremely heavy and large couch up multiple flights of stairs without AC. I truly cannot thank them enough! - Sydney
Jon and Jeremy were very efficient, cautious and courteous. They move a large desk up to the 3rd floor for me and that thing was HEAVY. I would definitely use them again! Thanks guys!! - Christine

Labor-only moving help means movers without the truck: they come to you, do the lifting, and leave when the work's done. It covers the rental truck you can drive but can't load by yourself, the moving container sitting in the driveway, the sleeper sofa that has to get up three flights of stairs, and the furniture that has to come out before the floors get refinished and go back in once they're dry. Lugg is labor-only moving help you can book the same day, for the jobs where you've already got the truck or you're not going anywhere at all.
Yes, and finer than that. Lugg bills moving labor by the minute with no hourly minimum, so a 40-minute job costs 40 minutes rather than the two-to-four-hour minimum most moving companies quote. The clock starts when the crew arrives and stops when you say you're done, and if the job runs longer than you planned they can keep working at the same rate. Booking it takes a couple of taps: enter your address, then tap Labor only in the suggestions underneath, and Lugg fills that same address in as the drop-off. Because nothing travels between two addresses, there's no mileage to pay — just the vehicle's base fare and the per-minute labor rate.
Movers load and unload a rental truck, a moving container or a storage unit, carry a single heavy item to a different room — a treadmill down to the basement, a safe across the house, a mattress up a staircase — rearrange a living room before a showing, and break down and clear out tables and chairs after an event. They bring a dolly, moving blankets, stretch wrap and straps, and they can take a bed frame apart and put it back together in the room it's going in. What they won't do is pack loose things into boxes for you: dishes, books, clothes, the junk drawer. Have all of that boxed and taped before the crew arrives, because the clock's running while they wait.
