They helped me get a big table inside that wasn’t easy and then went quickly to a friend’s house to drop off a mattress as I needed.
These guys really knew how to move this giant mattress. They brought a mattress bag and had it carefully moved in a minute! I was very impressed.

The building required professionalism and candor, and they showed up calm, respectful, and dialed in. Elevator wait times? Managed. Access maze? Strategized. Heavy mattresses & desks? Moved like it was leg day. What impressed me most: they staged everything smartly, worked efficiently around the elevator delays, and saved serious time by planning their moves instead of just winging it. Big brain energy. They put together the mattress base with ease and were very thoughtful about placement and making sure it worked in our space. This was my first experience with Lugg, and it was really great. The van and the moving blanket they had were wet. They should’ve had movie materials like plastic wrap multiple blankets and I requested a truck so they didn’t have to mush my mattress in the van. I supplied my own comforters and sheets, so things wouldn’t get dirty. But they were friendly and did the best they could.

Homer & Josue were great. We were moving a mattress and they put our mattress in their mattress cover to protect it. They also had moving blankets and other things to help protect the items moved.
This was a significant move. There was a really heavy oak dining room table. There was a really heavy and a king size memory foam mattress that had to be moved to the second floor. These guys had a great attitude about getting the job done.
Juan and Maylon did a fantastic job helping us move a huge leather couch, a mattress and box spring, and about 20 boxes from our third floor apartment into our moving pod container. They packed the pod like total experts and worked together really well. This was my first Lugg experience and I’m very satisfied!

I even had a headboard that was missing and Angel said it’s probably hidden behind the mattress. He was right! These guys are great 10/10 would hire again.

They also moved a twin bed to another room, repositioned a recliner, and aligned all the sofas in the living room just the way we wanted.
