Carlos and Yadier were terrific. They were careful with my plants. Moved an additional heavy plant to another room for me. They also broke apart my bed frame and took it to the garage. They were super friendly and helpful.

Showed up quickly, so friendly and helped us get the loveseat sofa bed fro the second floor of an old house, and into our studio! So appreciated their help, speed, and professionalism!

We realized veryyyy quickly that the couch was not fitting in with the railing on the second floor and they helped unscrew it and be very creative with getting it into my apartment! They were kind, pleasant, professional and determined which I greatly appreciated!! 12/10 would recommend!!

Alisher was fantastic!! Had a dolly and ramps to help make moving my washer and dryer so easy! He was super friendly and was happy to help further with connecting the new ones up, but we had no problems doing it ourselves. Would definitely hire him again! Thank you Alisher!!!
I had an amazing experience with Lugg thanks to two incredible movers who went above and beyond. They moved a massive 200+ lb dresser upstairs (no easy task). They got creative and removed all the drawers to lighten the load and with some smart maneuvering (and a lot of muscle), they made it work. Not only did they handle the heavy lifting like pros, but they were also incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even helped move my old dresser downstairs which I really appreciated!
