The late arrival was a bit of an issue but not the drivers fault as it appears that the original guys were delayed so they got a last minute notice to get to me. Blame goes to lugg for that. Guys were efficient and friendly.
After another company cancelled at the last minute, I was lucky enough to work with Onon and Ben. They fit so much more than I thought they’d be able to. I’m so happy!

Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly.
