If I use Lugg again, I will know the start time begins sometime within the timeframe provided. The text message I received inferred the delivery would happen between 1-2 PM. I assumed it would start on time and complete by 2 PM. In reality it didn’t start until AFTER 2 PM, and finished after 3:30 PM. (I also thought securing a truck and drivers would’ve been handled the day before, enabling the move to be handled efficiently.) Also, the interface to leave comments can be more user friendly.
