These guys were great! THE BEST Luggers I’ve had here for my business pickups! They were friendly, efficient, and courteous. Paulo was GREAT! Super friendly, punctual and very professional. He was very thankful that we brought all the times to the front of the door which helped loading them into the van quicker. He even helped bringing one of the items inside my place since it was raining and even took his shoes off to avoid making a mess. Next time I use Lugg I’d like to hire him!
My place has a flight of 30 stairs and no elevator. Many a movers has struggled to get heavy stuff up these stairs like a piano. But the two made it look easy!!! They had great teamwork and communication.

It was such a big help to have your help moving my items from Residence Inn (555 Glenwood) to Sonesta (1350 Veterans Blvd, South SF). 🙏🙏🙏 The situation I was put in was so difficult, with the attempted murder on my life by these violent criminals and murderers at Google (Sundar Pichai, Jeff Dean, Sergey Brin, Larry Page, Paige Bailey, Koray Kavukcuoglu, Yossi Matias, Demis Hassabis, Lorraine Twohill, Josh Woodward, Neal Mohan) who colluded with my landlord Jen Liu (who I assume was fired from Apple) in attempted murder, illegally cut my rent contract short from 8/31/26 giving me only 5 days notice (to 3/15/26) and I got out of there in 2 days. And I had to book multiple hotels because Sergey Brin, Jeff Dean, Larry Brin illegally hacked into hotel websites to book in mass all the rooms for the next few months in a way where I wouldn’t be able to book more than 4 days in one place. I’ve been sharing more about it at X.com/graceechoi and know you mentioned you’re not on Twitter but I’ll try to post to other social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook too. Please tell people about what’s happening with Google to the people around you, don’t use any Google products especially not X.com/googlemaps x.com/geminiapp x.com/gmail because Google is intentionally causing car “crashes” at scale in a horrifying way and please stay safe out there. It’s been a tough ordeal to go through as I report all of these violent horrifying crimes like attempted murder to SF Police Department and hold them to full account in a court of law but I’ve had the chance to meet neighbors from all over the Bay Area like yourselves and the help I’ve gotten from you both Jose and John has made the process more manageable and I’m very thankful for all that you did today to help. Taking apart the bed frame cleared up so much space, and I wanted to say thank you so much again for going above and beyond to help. Angel and Daniel moved my new sofa with care. They had it wrapped and carried it up a flight of stairs around a tight corner without scratching any surfaces. They were on time and moved quickly.
When booking, LUGG did not indicate that I would need more than 2 movers for the job I had. Then, when the movers showed up, there was no way for me to just ask for another 2 people. The lovers were absolutely amazing and adapted beautifully, but LUGG needs to do better with their user interface.
Exceptionally professional! Handled our valuables with care and professionalism. Really squeezed a lot into van and into the place we stored them. Extremely grateful for their service

This was my 1st time using Lugg app, it was easy to place my request. I didn’t know 100% of the tips went to the drivers, I gave them cash instead.. William and Francesco: thank you for making it so easy and efficient to work with Lugg and with you. They both made sure the item arrived as mentioned and were kind and courteous when they came. I told them where to keep it and they did so. Thank you!
They did so amazing, they were a great team and really went above and beyond helping us get this very difficult piece of furniture moved in and set up in our place. When a piece of the dresser broke they were able to help us set it up and had a unique solution to our problem. I’m so glad they were the people to help us move this thing, it would’ve been impossible without them!
Kenny and Joesph were fantastic. They arrived as planned, got right to work and were very excellent. It was very clear that they had lost of experience in moving. We had several large items that had to get through some tight spaces. They took the time needed to think though and move things safely. Made the moving so much better, cant recommend enough. Thanks guys!
These gentlemen were kind, careful, and fast in getting my entire apartment of belongings from one place to another in under 2.5 hours. They rock!
Very helpful and expert movers, removed (and replaced) door, removed and replaced foot pieces to make everything fit. Highly recommended
The team did a very efficient job. They were especially careful bringing furniture through doorways and when disassembling and reassembling a piece to fit though a tight space. Thanks!
Juvenal and Nelson picked up furniture for me at a store and brought it to my place. They asked if I was aware of some damage to the items which I really appreciated. They were communicative, efficient, and very friendly. Highly recommend!
