Arturo and Andy were awesome!!! Super impressed by their strength and efficiency. Were great teammates together and very courteous to me and the sellers of my fb marketplace item. I love my new fridge and they were so kind to wear booties in the house. Will Lugg again! - Chandler
David + Ken were awesome. They moved a massive and heavy bureau for me from a 3rd floor walk-up with narrow hallways. It was a beast of a moving job and they were kind, efficient and went above + beyond - even helping me put the finicky drawers back in place in its new home. Very impressed! - Natalie
Wonder team! I was so appreciative of their communication, help and care with my fb marketplace furniture pick up. - Jax
I never fill these out but these guys earned it without question. Tim & Ryan are exactly the guys you want as the faced of the company. You said they’d be here in only 1/2 hour and they were here 5 minutes early. They quickly moved the old and heaviest mattress I’ve ever owned. Then they took my new mattress upstairs and were done. I appreciate a service that is fast and exceeded my expectations. We appreciate you all and I hope these guys get some form of a rate increase. They are delivering in a way most companies out there can’t, don’t, or won’t. Thank you! - Doug
I would hire Dan for any future job. Hopefully, I can request him. Beyond helpful. Kind! Asks questions. Makes sure he understands where and how far for anything he places. Great guy!! - Meg
This team was awesome for me! They had great communication. Once I communicated the goal of the day, they designed the strategy to get there. Incredibly kind and helpful. All of my pieces were treated with care and thoughtfully placed. 10/10 Highly recommend! - Angela
Jose and Fredy were FANTASTIC!!! Exceptional service and a wonderful team to work with. They helped move furniture into my truck. They were not only efficient but figured out the best way to place the items in securely. I would definitely work with them again. - Caroline
They were amazing and efficient and super quick to arrive and help us in a pinch ;) thank you Wallace and Emmanuel 🌸🌸 - Xaviera
These guys were FANTASTIC! Very careful, respectful, and efficient! Picked up my FB Marketplace purchase in their nice van, and brought it right into my house. Perfect! 💗 - Caryn
William went above and beyond to help me move a dryer when my useless ex-husband refused to help me. He was friendly, helpful and even helped me remove the HVAC tubing from the vent and move the old dryer outside then helped me install the tubing on the replacement dryer – it wasn’t part of the moving job but he did it with enthusiasm and a friendly disposition. I’m so grateful for his help. - Connie
Wilfredy and Edwin were so helpful and accommodating. They were flexible with timing and willing to go out of their way to help everything get moved into a tight space. Im very grateful! - Azelie
Kenny and Joseph were fantastic. They were on time, efficient, and so kind to work with. Lugg is an amazing service! I bought a pull out couch from FB marketplace and they met me at the location and easily helped me transport the item. I will definitely be using lugg again! Thank you Kenny and Joseph ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars! - Sami
This is the 2nd time we had Ali help us move furniture from one place to another. I raved about him the first time and I'm raving about him again! And Stevie was so great too! - Kim
My son and I have used them 2 times and they are very reliable and on time . The live tracking is also a big bonus for peace of mind - Wing
Chingis is the best. He was communicative, helpful, understanding, and super flexible. He dealt with an unexpected difficulty (the place wouldn’t take large furniture items) and handled it swiftly. Highly recommend!! - Alice
Picked up a Facebook Marketplace score and it was in my house in seemingly minutes! Great communicators, kind, and quick! Did a really nice job. Would recommend! - Alison
When most movers probably would have thrown in the towel, these guys persevered and got the job done! Their task was to pick up a very bulky couch from my parents’ house and deliver it to my son’s apartment. And when I say the passageway into his apartment was narrow… I mean NARROW! 😂 They never gave up. They carefully disassembled the couch, somehow maneuvered it through the tight space, and then reassembled it once they got it inside. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. They were hardworking, determined, careful, and incredibly professional. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to do the job right. 5-star service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers. They earned every one of those stars! - Zaina
They were on time, efficient and friendly. They were patient while my FB marketplace seller got their act together and were willing to work with the seller to get everything loaded. I appreciate their help! - Martha
This was my first time using Lugg. Such a great experience. Wallace & Adam were communicative, careful, and friendly. Will definitely use Lugg again. - Sarah
Both Charles and Austin were amazing! I purchased an item off of Facebook marketplace, and the seller raved about the care and attention they put into packing a very large and heavy piece of furniture. Then when I received it, they gave everything the same TLC. They are friendly, personable young men and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future! - Kimberly
Cannot say enough good things about these AMAZING movers. We would not have been able to get this FB Marketplace find anywhere without their help. Professional, amazing attitude, and STRONG! Bless them. - Ella
Leonardo and Mauro did the job well! I had to pick up a furniture arms the first stop and planned to be there to guide them, but the seller called me and said they already took it and safely wrapped in blankets, and it happened very fast. So I didn’t need to go there. And then they went to my old place as the next stop. Checked everything and started promptly. They always asked questions on how I wanted certain things done. Overall it was a great experience! Just as good as the big movers that I’ve hired before! I would highly recommend, esp. since Lugg has no minimum hours required to book. - Dorothy
Heron was so amazing! Got to work immediately and was so helpful, even when we faced minor setbacks and difficulties. - Finch
Great guys, placed the freezer where I needed it and unboxed it for me! Huge help! Will definitely use again! - Matthew
