The Dwayne and Kevin duo was great. I was holding my breath worried about the move (large and heavy dining table plus steep stairs to my office suite, which is in a really old building and is probably “grandfathered in” instead of meeting current building code requirements- know what I’m sayin’?), but Dwayne and Kevin are pros, and the Facebook marketplace said that they were really careful with loading the dining table and chairs. I now have a nice extendable glass top dining table in my conference room, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Lindon & Kevin are a whole DREAM TEAM!!! Not only did they arrive prepared with all the tools and materials in their Sprinter which was in top tier shape, but they had such graceful dispositions. That means everything!!! They worked together to seamlessly accomplish this time sensitive move. They navigated a city condo building (and the people in it) respectfully and politely. I AM PLEASED!!

It was difficult to move since it was a much smaller place and there was no floor plan with measurements. The movers were great about making adjustments.

Awesome work from Rory and Nigel. The dresser I bought from FB marketplace was way heavier than I thought. I live in a town home with a lot of stairs. I was ready to give up and figure out how to disassemble the dresser into parts, but they insisted on giving it a shot. Unbelievably, bit by bit they got it up the stairs. I don't think the people building Stonehenge worked harder than they did. 6/5 stars
Rory and Kimary were incredibly efficient. I placed my Lugg request and within 5 min they were on their way - I couldn’t believe it! Rory also assembled my table upon arrival in 5 min flat. I highly recommend this team. I couldn’t be more satisfied!!!

Lester was early, prepared, industrious, very polite, and personable. He moved a small cabinet out of my place for donation to Goodwill. He was careful not to damage my walls or the cabinet, and he completed the whole task a flash. Another great experience with Lugg!

They met me at a store in Buckhead where I had purchased 2 medium-sized barrel swivel chairs, loaded them quickly & securely into their van, and unboxed & arranged them in my space. Omar was very professional and thorough. I appreciate someone who does their work diligently. He did. He placed the items where I requested and I watched him thoughtfully stack them so he wasn't just "leaving them there" but actually took the time to make sure they were placed carefully.
