I literally never leave reviews, but my experience with Colby and Kendrick was too good not to. They were absolutely phenomenal. They worked so well together and honestly should always be paired together. They came in and meant business. They were fast, efficient, personable, kind, and incredibly intentional with my belongings. The way they packed everything, handled everything, and paid attention to every little detail was unmatched. They somehow made moving, which is usually so stressful, actually feel fun and easy. They far exceeded my expectations, and I was seriously blown away by the entire experience. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about them. Joanys said Cesar were excellent movers. They were on time, courtesy, professional and great customer service. I wanted my items placed in my storage unit a certain way. They packed the van so that unloading made it easier to place in my unit exactly the way I wanted. I really appreciate their assistance. Will use Luggs again for my small moving needs. Another perk was that I was upgraded for free from a pick up truck to XL van without an additional charge due to availability. Thank God for favor! These guys worked so fast and efficiently. Anthony did an amazing job organizing and packing my car with such precision. It’s going to be so easy to find what I’m looking for when I need something. He left me with a clear field of vision from every angle. I have a 31 hour drive, so I appreciate feeling safe. Malik was friendly, kind, and incredibly hard working. The stairs are both steep and winding. Many of my belonging were incredibly heavy. With armfuls of items, Malik flew up and down those stairs like he had wings. After all of that, he even grabbed several bags of my garbage and took them down to the can. I’ve been running off of 3 hours sleep in 2 days, packing and cleaning nonstop. That act of kindness was very much needed and appreciated. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. - Amanda

Donovan and Luis were absolutely outstanding! They picked up my sofa from Costco, delivered it to my home, unpacked everything, and assembled it with incredible care and efficiency. They were both so friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. They handled my furniture as if it were their own, made sure everything was assembled perfectly, and left the area clean when they were finished. It’s rare to come across a team that combines such excellent customer service with genuine kindness.
