The two men were great, I have no issues with the men doing the actual work, the five stars are for the two men. The company I have an issue with. I had a specific request. I did not find out until the service men arrived that my special request was not possible. The company should have contacted me once they received my request. Semisi was quick to brainstorm and had a tape measure handy to ensure fitting the couch through a window would work. Jamal was right there with assistance the whole time. These guys did an awesome job despite the person who scheduled them incorrectly. We were to have 1 bed picked up from my home and dropped off to a destination. Then a bed picked up from destination and returned to my home. They were not scheduled for a bed to be returned to my home. I stated what I wanted with the person scheduling and they failed with the request. Not the problem on the movers behalf, but the person who scheduled them failed to inform me that it was a problem or it couldn't be done. Sad because anytime we hire them, the movers are doing as they are instructed. With no direct communication from the office to straighten it out. - Michael
