Andy and Arturo went absolutely above and beyond. Very friendly, professional and patient. This job took longer than expected which is 100% on me. Oversized furniture which I understand is common. A & A worked miracles and I’m sure if the couch was even an inch longer it wouldn’t have made it. I have zero complaints and please pass my thanks and praise for Arturo and Andy onto the appropriate bosses for them to be recognized. They really saved my butt and I’m so happy they were the guys assigned to my job. They could’ve just said it won’t fit and bailed leaving me high and dry but they didn’t. I am forever grateful and will use Lugg in the future purely based on these two men and their compassion and work ethic. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do as the customer to have them recognized.

These two men were phenomenal! They were punctual with timing! They made sure to keep me updated on their whereabouts. They were polite! When IKEA had a mistake with the new employee who messed up my order, these men did everything in their power to fix the problem for me, IKEA handled this situation terrible and Brian and Marco went all the way back to IKEA and handled this issue for me with no questions asked. They got the job done and I would recommend them to anybody! Very happy! Thank you so much

The two men were extremely friendly and helped us accomplish a large move. The process using the app was very easy and convienient as we had to change our moving date several times. The guys barley took a break even though it was very hot and they wasted no time loading be truck and unloading.
