This was our first time using Lugg and we were so happy with the service we received. We needed to move a refrigerator at the last minute and Lugg provided same day service at a good price. Picked up a FB Marketplace find from Fishtown to my apartment in University City. The moved a large piece of furniture down a super narrow hall with ease. And they were lovely! Would book them again in a heartbeat!
I left them cash tip. Good job. They were very friendly. My only advice is to consider covering furniture with blankets when they move as an extra layer of protection. I have also seen other movers use shoulder straps to help make the move easier.

They were able to carry the very large piece of furniture up my three flights of stairs, despite the somewhat narrow and semi complicated configurations they had to maneuver. They were very communicative with one another, and the move itself took no time
