Olufemi and Matthew were extremely helpful with my last-minute move. This move was sentimental for me because they were helping transport my late grandfather’s furniture, and they treated everything with great care and patience. Matthew was especially accommodating and willing to work with me when we initially thought the fridge wouldn’t fit in the vehicle After rearranging the storage unit, we realized there actually wasn’t space. So we dodged a bullet there. I really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism during a stressful time. Overall, great service and I would definitely recommend them.
Hired this team for a bigger FB Marketplace pickup and they went through the trouble to let me know that one of the items was damaged when they got there, which I so appreciate. They were very thorough and great to work with! Thank you!
This team was efficient, pleasant, and effective. They were very careful not to damage the furniture or the walls and floor. They were conscientious and paid attention to details of furniture placement and moving other objects out of the way. Highly recommend.
First time moving out of an apartment and the other company canceled last minute. These two were incredibly helpful and kind, and made the whole experience so much easier. They made sure that I was happy with how everything was arranged, and even gave good advice on placement. 10/10 stars!!!

My feedback doesn’t have to do with the two actual movers who were lovely, but with the company, which is an absolute wreck! Will absolutely not be using again. For piece of mind and to save my own time, I chose to use lugg to transport one piece of furniture that I was purchasing from someone. Of course they didn’t even let me know until after my pickup window expired, through an automated text that it will be over an over before my item will even be picked up. The seller of my item left… meanwhile there’s no number to call! I spend over an hour trying to “chat” with “support” which took forever because there were severe gaps of time waiting for each response, just to further give me no helpful information. I begged the seller to come back and gave another time frame to lugg… (same day) AGAIN the same thing happened… after the time ran out, only then was I texted that it will be again over an hour before anyone will come to pick it up… again… nothing from a real person and I once again had to go through the dreaded chat. Terrible terrible terrible service. In the end I wasted way more time and money and got no peace of mind whatsoever!!!! It’s a shame because you’re doing your own workers a disservice. The movers were lovely.
Simply awesome! I was buying a piece of furniture through marketplace and they delivered it timely and carefully. Very communicative!
They personally were very helpful and nice. And curious and worked well. I tipped them on site. I had a a lot of bags and a little furniture and they chose to put the bags in the truck first and they ran out of space. They needed to put the heavy furniture and the lighter bags and art etc in around and on top of the furniture instead. We had to use our own 2 cars to finish the job. That was the only issue that wasn’t troublesome. Thanks
John and Glenroy were AMAZING. What a duo!! For this very New York City move with small spaces and cramped hallways, they were so calm and organized. Glenroy was an incredible TEAM LEADER and John was so SUPPORTIVE and COMMUNICATIVE. Couldn’t ask for better Luggers, would give them even more stars if we could! WE LOVE JOHN AND GLENROY!

Delroy was communicative, professional, and friendly. He handled the delivery with care! Love the live tracking interface. It’s very useful especially in coordinating with a different party for pickups and delivery. I use FB marketplace often and when I need delivery in a pinch I’m able to book quickly and with ease. My order had a billing error which charged for an extra hour of labor. Thankfully Delroy verified the technical issue and the support team was diligent in correcting it. Will definitely be using again!
These two gentlemen were so gracious with their help this morning. They were respectful of each space they entered and moved quickly. They were patient with furniture deconstruction that I didn’t even think to do before they arrived, and did not balk at the lack of elevator.

They were extremely nice, efficient, and professional, handling my belongings with great care. They came prepared with all the necessary supplies, so I had no worries at all. Everything was placed in my storage unit calmly and efficiently. I’ll definitely use them again!
We had some trouble at the disposal place, but these guys were so nice about it and helped me get it fixed right away!
Diego and Hotson worked really smart to get a giant couch through a tiny, complicated space. They worked hard and solved complex moving problems very effectively, that some worse movers might have given up on.
Super helpful and cooperative. They were gentle with my furniture and wrapped it so it would not get dirty or any nicks. Logistically it was challenging but they were able to navigate the space easily.
Jack was amazing!!! He was super helpful when I had to pickup my couch for my new apartment. He went above and beyond and helped me carry it into my place! Very kind. Very helpful. 100/10!
