Rudy and Alexander waited for our order when IKEA didn't have it ready when they said they would. They were so great with the delivery dropping them off exactly where we asked.
Tipped them both equally in Cash. Great guys. Worked together well and delivered 74 quantity of various sized IKEA storage pieces up 17 steps. Entire process was less than 30-40 mins. It took me longer to do self check out at the store :-)

I was so impressed with these luggers and the service. We've already told other people about it. They were very communicative, and went above and beyond to help us get our mattress exactly where it needed to be in the house. Thank you!!
these guys help turn a negative situation into a positive situation. They got the mattress from the warehouse despite the delays they gave me constant updates. They arrived not only timely but quickly and then when they got here, I advised we had to go out five flights and they said no problem and then even took down the recycling five flights back down I can't explain how well these guys performed. Give them the credit that they deserve. I really appreciate this again. this is the number one highlight of my day to get this delivered so effectively.
Paki & Cameron were so efficient! I needed my washer and dryer moved out of a tight space and they were very careful. Very friendly! Thanks for the help guys! Much appreciated!

The lugger, Brian, was extremely kind, patient, and easy to work with. The only thing would have made this delivery easier would have been having a phone number to communicate with the driver.
