We were not at home when they arrived, but were kind enough to wait for a friend of mine to open the door. I am very happy with Lugg, having used the service twice in a couple of weeks. My suggestion would be to narrow down the delivery window to 3 hours, as 7 hours is too big a window specially when it's delivered the same day.
