Fombeoh and Atiqullah were great! They were friendly and efficient! We had a large donation going to goodwill and they finished the pick up quickly and efficiently! We would use Lugg again!
They were incredibly fast. They were easy to work with. When salvation Army declined some of the donations, they took them to Goodwill industries, which did. I can’t trave enough about them. They were princes.
Eugene & William were extremely nice, careful with the furniture, swift, and very patient when there was a hangup at the donation drop-off location! Very grateful that they were assigned to my task.
They were extremely courteous and professional, wrapped my furniture with care, and safely moved my donation to Goodwill. I could not have asked for better service, and I would be honored to work with them and Lugg again.
Jahlil arrived later than expected because the Lugg app directed him to the delivery location, not the pick up location. Neither Jahlil nor I could raise anyone at Lugg to help, since they do not have a support line for either Luggers or customers -- "Contact Us" is exclusively email. This is an abject failure of customer support. Jahlil and I talked to one another on the phone and got him to my house. During what must have been a very frustrating experience, Jahlil was calm, patient, and courteous. He delivered my goods. I would happily hire Jahlil again. I cannot say the same for Lugg. Putting drivers out on their own without support is exploitative. Failing to have a customer help line is reason to use an different another delivery service.

Benjamin did a great job! He had a good eye to make sure all of the pieces fit in the van and took care with the boxes. Fombeoh was also very helpful. Although he was on his phone for a good portion of the move at the pick up location he was helpful and worked well with Benjamin
You have nothing to worry about with Michael and Cory as your Lugg pros. They took care of everything, including wrapping the furniture they delivered for me. White glove service. Placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Very friendly and professional. Prompt pick up and delivery . I couldn’t be happier. Five stars!!!

Daniel & Lamar were very professional, careful and courteous. The pick up and delivery went smoothly. I booked one Lugger in order to save money, and I was willing to help lug. And I was surprised when two guys showed up! I was a little concerned that the company would double charge me, but looks like the original agreement was honored. Very helpful service. I will definitely contact Lugg when I need help in the future.
The service was professional, very organized and courteous. They were fast in the pick up and delivery and called to confirm the items for pick up as Lugg did not do that the day prior. I really appreciate your help delivering the items and would recommend them.

He arrived way too early for my pick up (desired pick up 8-9pm), so I shouldn’t be charged extra for this. He did not mention it would cost extra. Everything else was perfect though. Can I get some refunded back?
