The Stevens moved the contents of our entire house into a U-haul in an hour! They are extremely fast and very easy to work with.
Mario and David were wonderful. Not only can they pack a Uhaul like artists, they were hard working, steady, easy to deal with, and non-judgmental (you know what I mean - movers are seeing you at your absolute worst). A big shout out to both of them. Lugg, whatever you’re paying them, it’s not enough!
Steven & Steven were the best! They were on time and ready to help me move into my new place. They did a great job getting all my things from a Uhaul into my building, up an elevator, down a long hall and into my home. They even brought the dual purpose dolly I’d requested. Many, many back and forths all done well. Taking extra care with a few things I was nervous about. It was that thoughtful, friendly, professional attitude that has me giving them 5 stars :)

Punctual, courteous and did an amazing job. All while dealing w/water dripping from the ceiling (indoor unit) I will be returning some things back to storage. I will ask to have David and Amir move me again!
These guys were super communicative during the whole move. They had to wait for my elderly dad to unlock a storage unit. They were super friendly to him and also had to deal with hauling an extremely awkward / load. These guys were thoughtful about what they were moving and respectful of how they were handling the items / navigating the house. A perfect move!!!

This is the best Lugg experience I have ever had. They got in, moved quickly and efficiently. Loaded the truck in about 45 minutes. Unloaded the truck at my storage unit in about 20 minutes. The placed the most important item to me exactly where I asked them to and expertly packet my 10x10 storage unit. Even had room left over! Great set of movers!!

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.
Ted and Joseph were absolutely amazing! They arrived on time, handled my dryer with great care, and made the entire move quick and stress-free.
