The guys were great! Very communicative and conscientious, when moving the furniture in place. Would highly recommend. 
Furniture was brought into the house and placed exactly where I requested it. Care was made not to damage Furniture or things in the house.
These guys are fantastic! Ironically, Denis had delivered a piece of furniture to my home a few months earlier, such a nice surprise to see him again! Ralph and Denis arrived on time, were very polite and took away the items I needed Lugged. I was very pleased with the extra care they took while handling a tabletop; Ralph carried his own roll of paper towels and placed several on the ground so that my piece of furniture would not get damaged. Highly recommend using Lugg.
These 2 young men Vernon and Sufyaan were professional, timely and knowledgeable! They were also very polite, they went above and beyond. They did several attempts to bring the sofa into my house, they would not give up until the solution was solved. They placed everything where it needed to go and handle each item with care! I salute these gentleman, they are the best 😊!!
Picked up a FB Marketplace find from Fishtown to my apartment in University City. The moved a large piece of furniture down a super narrow hall with ease. And they were lovely! Would book them again in a heartbeat!
They were able to get our large and heavy dining room table in its new space without any marks or scratches on the house or the table! They measured the table and space to ensure it would fit through the doors. It was well worth our money!
James and Jesse were communicative and prompt. They worked together seamlessly to bring a large fireplace mantel up two steep flights of stairs. Not an easy job! Was so grateful for their positivity and expertise.
James & Jesse were great! They totally packed the van in 15 minutes. Our apartment is on a third floor walk up. They efficiently staged the furniture and boxes on the different levels and worked it all to our place. I totally recommend these guys and will use them in the future.

Great guys, fantastic problem solvers. Moved a huge, heavy leather recliner through a tight space without a scratch. They made my first Lugg experience exceptional.
Eileen and Westley did a superb job moving the island I purchased on Facebook Marketplace. They were punctual, communicated clearly, and were very careful when bringing the enormous piece into my home.
Eileen and Westley were outstanding. They saw an issue at the store and face timed us to show the problem prior to loading the sofa, and if we were okay. It was not a big deal, but that attention to detail on my behalf was huge! Thank you both for your exceptional customer service!

Nothing about having the drivers come from Nj and back makes any sense considering what you charged me. I am very thankful but with the new technology, you should be able to set up multiple deliveries from the same place or place close in proximity to maximize their efforts so all can make more money!! I would have been happy to wait another day or two so Lugg could have coincided with other local deliveries! Thank you!

Yoandris and Mike are so helpful. They pack and move things very fast without breaking any tiny part. They used there own tools and covers which are extremely professional. I am a single mother living with my mom and daughter. I can believe moving so many furniture without there help. BTW, the Van they drive was larger than I thought. It has enough space for my one bedroom, including three beds (queen, twin, and a kid beds), small sofa, two tables, some chairs, and some boxes.
