Gustavo kept the communication going throughout the day, was responsible in the way he handled the furniture pickup from Ikea and was careful in handling the furniture during delivery. He was courteous and all in all seems nice person and professional as well.

Drivers themselves were great however according to ikea they were going to assemble it also and when the drivers got here they said they don’t assemble. She said if I got the two driver option it includes assembly. Essentially I paid for two drivers for a one person job. Could you please refund me for one driver?

Luis and Patrick did an outstanding job. They were booked solid for the entire day, but instead of rescheduling, they persevered and arrived in the darkness of night to complete my job. Friendly, smart, accommodating, and efficient would describe their work ethic. In less than an hour, they had moved 5 incredibly large and heavy pieces of furniture (including 3 couches and a 8-foot oak dining table) up a narrow 17-step flight of stairs. No complaining, no stopping, and no nonsense. I couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks!
Movers were great. Amount charged was significantly diferent than initial estimate (3x). Because of this dont think I would be using the service again

Gregory and Ángel were professional and made the effort to complete the delivery, successfully bringing the sofa into the room without issue. In contrast, the initial delivery team (Michael and Adriel) did not attempt to unload the sofa and stated it would not fit, resulting in an unnecessary return. Due to this lack of diligence, we had to pay for a second delivery. As such, we respectfully request a refund for the inadequate service provided during the first attempt. We look forward to your response. Thank you.

Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had zero issues with their services of these Luggers. Very happy to have found Lugg to help with this matter! Highly recommend!
