Best Buy delivery in Hamilton Square, NJ

Ryan & Daquane were great! They met me at Best Buy to pick up my Christmas gift and delivered to my home. They were actually early and waited for the store to open to pick it up. Thanks for your quick pick up and delivery. Happy Holidays!

Ralph and Haile did an incredible job helping me move my things. I had a Queen mattress, wooden trunk, dresser, TV and console, with a large hanging lamp that was moved within an hour to get out and the same moving in. They were respectful and considerate of my things, it was such a last minute move I’d definitely use them again

Jesse was so kind and great, Filmon was an asshole. He had a bunch of his own stuff in his truck and didnt want to help jesse load my stuff. Also he cracked my TV base and he had no interest in helping me move. He shouldnt work for the company. Jesse was amazing and I hope my whole tip only goes to him because he deserves it while Filmon deserves no money.

Follow-through to go the extra step to obtain the electronic receipt at Goodwill. Also, they kept me informed as to their progress getting to the apt, picking up the item, and following through with the donation drop-off. Thank you!

My movers Sherwin and Hanif were awesome!!! Prompt Very efficient, and handled my appliance with care!! Would definitely use them again!!

Amazing! These guys did a great job! They spotted some marks on the dresser and the store switched it out. They were also professional and friendly, maintained ongoing communication and took such great care of my delivery. You couldn’t ask for better service!

My only dislike is in pottery barn and not following through on wrapping my merchandise and honesty about my delivery window

Antwane & Yaaseem were fantastic completing our pick-up and delivery. They were very friendly and accommodating to our order.

Eileen and Nygee were great! Eileen figured out how to get furniture into my basement despite my very small doorways. However, I’m not happy with Lugg’s system of assigning Luggers. If you tell customers that they’re “booking” a one hour delivery period, you should be able to deliver within that window or close to it. I waited in an empty house for four and a half hours without any useful information from Lugg. An hour after the time period that I booked had passed, I contacted Lugg customer service on line, and waited 49 minutes (after being greeted by a bot who said she’d put a representative on the line) before receiving a message that my Luggers were on the way to pick up my delivery. (They were a half hour away from the pickup location.). Despite the pleasant efficiency of Eileen and Nygee, I doubt I’ll use Lugg again.

these gentlemen, Victor and Demetrius were perfection. They were polite. They were careful about handling my merchandise. They were pleasant about their assignment. They were warm and professional. I honestly have never had such a positive delivery service. I will definitely be using luggs again thank you for allowing me to experience such pleasant service.
