Jeremy and Henry were very fast and had great teamwork. I had two storage units in a house with things going to various places and they were really good about listening and knowing what goes where. in addition, when we got to the house I had to move some furniture around and they didn’t hesitate to help me. I would absolutely hire them again.
Luis and John quickly assessed the situation and figured out the best way fit my couch into a narrow storage unit.Good job!
Hi Lugg Team- shout-out to John and Brad! The furniture store did not disassemble the dining table we ordered (even though we requested them to do so) so this move was tough as the table was super heavy. John and Brad still powered through and helped us maneuver the table into our storage unit. Cheers Ps. (We gave them a cash tip when they left, so i will leave that field blank here in the app)
Sassan is an exceptional hard worker, he did most of the lifting. And jumped in to help when we had issues opening the gate at the storage unit.
They were so kind and helpful on my last minute move! They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was able to meet my deadline and get all my belongings to storage. I was so grateful for their excellent service.

First of all, both Jean and Christian are hard-working and very competent movers. What I didn’t expect is how personable and kind and helpful they would be. Because of their good thinking and expertise, my storage is packed far better than it would have been. Jean made sure to oversee and communicate, and made excellent suggestions that were extremely helpful. These movers exceeded my expectations and my experiences with movers in the past by a long shot. If the quality of these individuals is any indication of your company culture, I will be using Lugg again and recommending!
Although, I did not meet Nahun and Israel personally I can easily say that they are committed to doing a great job. They got to the pick up location on time, even had to wait a little for the person that was meeting them. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. Sent me pictures of my boxes at pickup and then again at after storing in my storage unit. Definitely recommend this company and team!!
Justin and James were a huge help in moving my heavy furniture from my storage unit to my house. Very friendly, efficient, and careful with my things. Could tell they have done this many times before. They even set up the pieces of my furniture! Would definitely use again for sure.

We had a tricky move - two locations combined - into u-haul storage containers. It required a strategic ability, executed perfectly. Spacial reasoning along with the great care taken, extra support on the packing of the items, was above and beyond. This also happened to be the second move we have had from the same team of movers, James and Jose. Would highly recommend!

Kevin and Khalid went above and beyond helping me move a very heavy solid wood entertainment cabinet down a flight of outdoor stairs and into my mom’s garage. They were incredibly professional, careful, and efficient from start to finish. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and treated the piece with great care. They expertly moved my large, heavy couch (that I struggle to push around) down a set of stairs and a super narrow alley. They made the process so quick and easy, and they were also really kind, friendly people. If I or someone I know needed to move again and I could request movers, I would definitely request them.
