Javier and Angelo were very careful and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. They went above and beyond in helping me place felt pads on the feet to protect my floor. Would definitely hire these two again!

Jamel and Isaac did a great job moving a very heavy, old, armoire. They were friendly, efficient, and careful of the surrounding furnishings. I only have one complaint: it should be easier to tip the guys on your site. It says there is a place to tip them but I surely can't find it!
Our place is in the mtns and the roads were very slick. They couldn't come down our steep driveway cuz the Van would have never gotten out. They cheerfully carried the 4 sectional pieces 40yards from the top of the snow packed driveway. These guys were better than a moving company. This is our 2nd Lugg experience and both have exceeded expectations.
So polite and courteous and went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. They were so accommodating every time I changed my mind about where I wanted my furniture placed. GREAT TEAM!
Onon and James were great. They were friendly and very efficient. They knew exactly what to do to maneuver the space to move things around. I would have them help me again, anytime.
Mario and Josie were great. I had a loveseat and couch with sofa bed that was picked up from one place and brought to mine. They did a great job figuring out how to actually move everything in with some narrow movements while still being safe with my walls and ceiling. They were fantastic!
Gerard and Alex were both very kind, helpful, and professional. They were quick and effective in helping me move and were respectful of my belongings and space and offered to take more than I had initially requested. They also gave me recommendations of things to do near where I now live since I am new to the area.

They even helped me move some things out of the new place before moving my things in. They had great attitudes despite the heat and were pleasant to be around. 10/10 would use these guys again!

These 2 gentlemen are amazing representatives of your company. They were extremely patient waiting for a miscommunication between store and warehouse to get resolved. Great communication throughout. They arrived EXACTLY on time, to the minute, on a Friday afternoon in the middle of rush hour. Then they carried 2 extremely heavy boxes up a narrow staircase in the heat, and still had smiles on their faces after all this. I will most definitely use them again, and I highly recommend these two gentlemen in particular. You will be highly recommended to all of my customers from here on out!

He was incredibly skilled at maneuvering the furniture through tight spaces, and he did so with care and precision. Overall, my experience with Lugg was fantastic, and I cannot recommend them enough.
