Rafael and Eder were fantastic. They communicated their arrival, they figured out how to best unpack our storage unit and then load everything into the van so that it fit and was secure. They unloaded expertly. They were friendly and terrific throughout. They were both great!

First time user of lugg. These gentleman were lifesavers. I tried to move a couch through a tight hallway with my uncle-in-law. We were getting nowhere so I put the couch in storage. Found Lugg while I was browsing the internet looking for solutions. The guys showed up in about 45 mins, told me they had it covered. In roughly 20 mins. The scooted and pivoted the big sucker through that doorway. Honestly, save me a lot of time and frustration. Thank you Mario and Julian
They both did a great job helping my daughter move her things from her dorm to the storage unit. I will definitely use and recommend this service to others in the future.
They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). They forgot two draws of a drawer on the street, which I will need to drive over to the storage, that was a little unfortunate.
When we got to my storage locker the management people wouldn't let me in. I was stuck but Tiago & Hamza waited and helped me find another storage locker. Those dudes even gave me a lift to the new place. I can honestly say they're amazing and genuine people.
I don’t know how they managed to fit my couches and everything else into their truck or my storage unit but they did it and they were so good
Made great suggestions to fully insure that all we needed was moved from old storage unit to a new smaller one in another Tuen 45 minutes away. Quick. Professional Friendly. I’ll recommend to family’s& friends

Quick, careful, observant, friendly, communicative. These luggers are about as good as movers get. I hired these two to move my home items from a 5×15 Somerville storage unit to a Waltham 1BR apartment. They arrived before their scheduled window, loaded all my things with speed and care, and checked I was ready to go under an hour. I encountered some bad traffic during the moving trip and reached my apartment some time after them, but they were patient and out of their van the moment they saw me arrive. The final drop-off was quick and painless, and they were quick to put my things right where I needed them. If I could hire these guys for my next move, I would.

Got there early. They were helpful putting the rugs in the rooms and not just dumping them in the garage as other movers do. They were exceptionally pleasant. I love this service!

(At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend Lugg based on my experience with Roberto and Ricardo.
